Concept: an opportunity to learn more about the classic practices of the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā (HYP), through your own experience, through discussion and through the historical context of the text.
There are some preliminary exercises and reading which will be sent to all participants, outlining and guiding some kriyā and prāṇāyāma from the text. Participants are invited to start to self-practice these and come to the intensive with questions ready to be discussed.

12.30 – 14.30 What and Why of HYP part 2. Continuing looking at specific verses and historical context.
15.30 – 17.30 Workshopping classic asanas of the HYP. Mayūrāsana and padmāsana.
18.30 – 19.30 Dinner.
20.00 – 21.00 Satsang. Nada Yoga in the HYP.
Saturday:
